Flat prices for every booth, with the attendant, backdrop, props, setup and a printed album already in the number. Travel beyond 20 miles from Brooklyn and any custom décor are the only extras, and both are quoted before you book.

Standard backdrops
Your pick of our fabric backdrops, or a digital backdrop projected behind the booth. Both come with every package at no extra charge.
Props box
Signs, glasses, hats and hand-held props, cleaned and restocked between events. Your attendant keeps them sorted all night.
Setup and breakdown
We arrive about an hour early, set up, test everything, and pack it all down at the end. We never bill for either.
Custom backdrops
A backdrop built around your colors, monogram or brand. Custom work and any decorative piece outside our standard kit is priced on its own.
Balloon décor
Garlands, arches and full installations through the balloon décor companies we work with. Tell us what you have in mind and we add it to your quote.
Flower backdrops
Flower wall rental through our partner companies, matched to the booth and to your colors, delivered and installed for the event.
One quote, one point of contact. You book the booth with us, and we coordinate the décor with our partners and fold it into the same quote. That way you are not chasing three vendors the week of your event.

A $100 deposit holds your date. The balance is due 3 days before the event.
Booking last minute? We often have openings within the same week. For events less than 7 days away, we take full payment when you book.
Questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, but we take last-minute bookings too, often within the same week. Send us your date and we'll tell you right away if we're free.
What do we get at the end of the event?
A printed album with photos from the night, handed to you before we leave. You also get the full online gallery the same day.
How much space do you need?
About 8 by 8 feet for the open-air booth and 10 by 10 feet for the 360. We also need one standard outlet within 25 feet.
How early do you arrive, and do you charge for setup?
About an hour before your start time. Setup and breakdown are never billed on any package, and the hour we spend setting up does not come out of your booth time.
Is the backdrop included, or is it extra?
Included. Every package comes with your pick of our standard fabric backdrops or a digital backdrop, plus the props box. Custom backdrops start at $75, and any other decorative item is priced separately.
Do the digital packages come with an album?
Yes. The printed album is on every package, including the digital ones. The difference with a prints package is that guests also take a print home on the night.
Can you handle the décor too?
We work with balloon décor companies and flower backdrop rental companies, so if you want a garland, an arch or a flower wall around the booth, tell us and we will add it to your quote. You book the booth with us and we coordinate the rest, rather than you managing separate vendors.
Can we set up outdoors?
Yes, if there's shade, a flat surface, and power. If rain is possible, we need a covered backup spot.
Is there someone running the booth?
Yes, on every package. Your attendant runs the booth, helps with props, and keeps the line moving.
How do guests get their photos?
By text or email right at the booth. With a prints package, they also take a print home.
Can the prints and overlays match my event?
Yes. We design a template with your names, date, colors, or logo, and send it to you for approval before the event.
How does payment work?
A $100 deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 3 days before the event. For events less than 7 days away, we take full payment when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Your deposit can be moved to a new date within 12 months.
Do you travel outside NYC?
Yes, across the tri-state area. For events more than 20 miles from Brooklyn, we add a travel fee and include it in your quote.
